It’s free, and it only takes a couple minutes to set up.

💬Lets you manage and stay up-to-date on personal events via Slack
LifeWork Calendar was built by the Reclaim team, a group of product folks based out of Portland, OR who care deeply about getting busy professionals to “inbox zero” on their calendars.
We spent months researching this space, talking to users, and tried to understand the jobs that people are currently doing manually on their calendars today to keep their time defended. There's a lot of nuance to it. For example, LifeWork is aware of the fact that you may not want to show that you're busy for every single personal event on your calendar, just the ones that you're actually going to go to. That's why we sync your RSVP status instead of just blindly syncing and blocking off everything. This kind of thinking makes its way into the broader Reclaim product, which is currently in private beta.
The biggest competitor to this is probably Clockwise, which lacks some of the functionality that we've built into LifeWork and is generally more focused on developers, whereas we're focused on the people who we think are feeling the most pain from their calendars and live/die by them -- the managers and IC-level program leaders who just can't get a reprieve from their endless meetings.
We've had over 250 users sign up since we soft-launched a few weeks ago, and we're pretty excited to see the results: lots more people making time for their personal lives, less calendar juggling, and a better work-life balance.
