Find opportunity zones and gain other market insights. For use with realtor.com, redfin.com, trulia.com, and zillow.com listings. A must have for flippers, wholesalers, and residential investors.

I created this project a few years back with the intent of allowing residential real estate investors to quickly learn about the properties they were analyzing. A property may look interesting and all the more enticing if it was in an opportunity zone or had favorable employment statistics.

Not only does the plugin show this information dynamically for the address of the property, it comes with the APIs that serve up this data. There are three main APIs:

1) Opportunity Zone

2) Regional employment

3) Survey questions

The Chrome plugin is built with JavaScript (which is the only option). The back-end APIs are built with Node JS. Along with the purchase you will receive the three domains associated with the project:

investormarketdata.com

The APIs are run out of investormarketdata.com, which is a nice way of making generic APIs open to other potential users in the future. Opportunity Zone data is still very messy. A tool like this helps to make it easy for investors.
