The current standard for web-marketing a for-sale property is a cookie-cutter listing, either intermixed with thousands of others (i.e. Zillow) or buried in an agent’s website that promotes the agent as much as the home. Neither of those serves the purpose of effectively marketing a product worth hundreds of thousands of dollars!


In 2022, buyers are researching properties at night, lying in bed, viewing Zillow or Realtor.com. This monotonous view offers no differentiation and little for prospective buyers to dream about as they fall asleep. A Peruzz custom home website adds elegance & separates that property from the crowd. 


Peruzz.com is an easy-to-use, form-driven website builder that creates beautiful, custom home websites from a template.

Peruzz was created to make it easy for the least technically-competent individuals to build a beautiful website and purchase a domain name.


Peruzz can be marketed for both the FSBO and the realtor, includes a custom easy-to-remember domain for each property and includes privacy-focused "Contact Me" technology.
