How we started!

In the Fall of 2020 during the COVID-19 Global Pandemic, my Co-Founder Miriam Alden and the team at Brunette The Label fought to keep their business running. Limited to lockdowns and social distancing, Miriam and her team promoted the opportunity to book virtual shopping appointments, on video conferencing platforms. In the first hour they booked over 80 appointments which had over 400 people on the waiting list. They increased sales, reduced returns, and most importantly connected with their customers in a new and more meaningful way. Since then, the team has hosted over 350 virtual shopping appointments. We then set out to build a better software tool to bring this solution to online retailers everywhere!
