The weather app is the android app supports on all the android phone and is the realtime app which tell the weather report of 16 days and uses internet, gps to find location and get data, database to add cities and can also search cities  in india , you can search the name of the other cities in all over the world but for that you need to provide the data that is all the city names. i have done it for india and using location you can see the weather of  anywhere  where the gps works.
